Mr. Justus Musimenta is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with BBA(accounting option, MBA(accounting) and currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Kazo District Local Government.He is a born again and God-fearing person. With over 10years of experience in public sector auditing, he has developed deep expertise in value-for-money audits and strengthening internal control systems.
He also serves as the Chairperson of the Local Government Internal Auditors Association (LoGIAA) since 2022 to date, he previously served as a board member IIAU, and appears on various boards. His leadership within LoGIAA has contributed significantly to promoting accountability and transparency in local governments. Mr. Musimenta is passionate about good governance, professional development, and enhancing audit practices across the public sector.
