He is the Executive Secretary of The Institute of Internal Auditors Uganda. He runs the Institute operations. Reuben graduated with a Master of Business Administration majoring in Management from Ndejje University 2014, He completed a Bachelors of Management Science-BMS from Kyambogo University 2011 , He has also a Uganda Diploma in Business Studies- UDBS from Makerere University Business School –Nakawa; CPA-U on going.
He has over 18 years experience in accounting and Management in various sectors that include manufacturing, Non-government organizations, Microfinance institution and associations. He gained experience while working in several positions of responsibility as accounts assistant, assistant accountant & accountant, IIA Administrator and currently as Institute Executive Secretary. He has worked at Alam group of companies– Casements as accounts assistant where he rose to assistant accountant, at Uganda microfinance union-UML served as assistant accountant and later he was promoted to branch accountant in various branches.
